Business Travel Consultant 1 evening + 1 weekend day

Part time Business Travel Consultant - 1 Evening and 1 Weekend day. Home-based. The successful candidates must have experience working in Business Travel using Amadeus but other gds will be considered. Salary is approx £15,700 FTE £33,500 based on shifts covering one evening shift 5pm until 10.30pm and one weekend shift is 8.30am - 8.30pm or 7am-7pm .

Business Travel Consultants - duties
-Offer first class customer service at all times.
-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any particular airline/supplier using Amadeus
-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
-Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.

Business Travel Consultants skills required
-Business Travel experience
-Ideally Amadeus knowledge but they will cross train
-Able to work 1 weekday shift 5pm - 10.30pm and 1 weekend shift 8.30am - 8.30pm or 7am-7pm
