Our client, a luxury travel brand, is seeking a Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultant to tailor-make worldwide golfing holidays. You will be using your expertise and golf travel knowledge to maintain and grow a portfolio of clients so excellent customer service is key to this role. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 at home after training) with the office based in Hertfordshire
Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultant responsibilities:
- Identify each client's needs and preferences and ensure sales opportunities are maximised
- Use your extensive golf destination knowledge to identify each client's specific needs and preferences
- Handle golf enquiries and reservation requests from clients and convert to bookings
- Resolve any operational problems or potential complaints quickly and efficiently
- Ensure quality control procedures are maintained and continually improved
Luxury Golf Travel Sales Consultants requirements:
- Strong booking and processing skills and sales ability
- Knowledge of a GDS preferable
- Excellent travel industry and worldwide golf travel knowledge
- Outstanding communication, admin and numerical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention-to-detail for professional presentation of all documentation
