How does the C&M Travel Recruitment process work?
Contingency Recruitment This is where we search our extensive database of candidates to match your candidate specification. You could say that it's a 'no win, no fee' service. C&M Travel Recruitment Consultants will then speak to potential candidates to check their suitability for the role and wherever possible interview them prior to sending them across to a client.
Advertised Selection In most cases, where the client advises that the role may be advertised, then C&M Travel Recruitment will use every avenue available to them to advertise the role. This can include job boards (Including Totaljobs and Reed, and also travel specific sites including Travel Weekly), trade press and consumer press. We will also email our own database and offer a service of advertising on the C&M Travel Recruitment website and microsites.
What happens once we find a potential candidate for your travel business?
Once the role is briefed and we find a potential candidate, your Account Manager will liaise with you to ascertain the following
1. A timetable for the recruitment process 2. Your availability for 1st round interviews 3. Having agreed interview dates with the candidates, we will then brief you on the candidates prior to your interview. 4. Post interview we gain feedback from the candidate 5. Post interview feedback from you the client |
