Travel Customer Relations Administrator, St Albans, Salary to £20k
We are seeking experienced administrator to join this established tour operator based in St Albans. This is a great role to develop a career within the travel industry with lots of opportunity and training. The role is focused on knowledgeable, friendly and efficient customer service and with a great salary to £20k on offer and start date in late April.

Travel Customer Relations Administrator Responsibilities:
Set up, record and acknowledge clients' post departure complaints, forwarding to resort teams for reports and monitor / action admin response dates via a spreadsheet
Monitor and record all incoming questionnaire feedback and upload appropriate reviews
Advise appropriate parties of any new serious complaints, Personal Injury Claims or Legal / Court Cases
Handle any telephone queries, in a calm and professional manner
Liaise with internal departments and overseas teams, where required
Assist CS team with other duties, as required

Travel Customer Relations Administrator Requirements:
Knowledge / experience in the travel industry is preferred.
Would ideally suit a college leaver with experience in an administration role
Excellent oral and written communications skills, with good organisational ability
Good proficiency in Excel / Word / PowerPoint
Knowledge and experience of social media
Candidates must have professional diplomacy and mature conduct
