Ticketing Consultant Jobs
Ticketing Consultants are responsible for the dispatch of tickets in line with IATA regulations for all schedule and charter flying programmes. You will deal with all post booking queries, pre-departure changes and processing accommodation and flight requests. You will produce all charter and scheduled flight tickets using a GDS and deal with any telephone ticketing enquiries in a professional and efficient manner. You will also have excellent organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner and a desire to deliver first class customer service.
