This prestigious award winning travel company is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Retail Executive. Initially for a 6 month contract, you will be based in West Sussex, but must be willing to travel.
Learning and Development Retail Executive Responsibilities: * To provide a professional learning and development service to the Retail Sales to maximise staff performance, increase productivity and achieve sustainable growths * Design and deliver group and one to one training * Induction, coaching skills, selling skills, communication skills * Design and deliver systems training/refresher training * Ongoing retail staff development through coaching and 121s Learning and Development Retail Executive Skills Required: * An understanding of training theories, techniques and approaches gained through experience in a Learning and Development role * Certificate in Training Practise or Equivalent * Learning and Development experience is essential - within travel is ideally but not essential * Leadership, coaching, supervisory and development skills * Well travelled.
