Fantastic International and fast growing specialist tour operator is looking to grow their Air Planning department. This a great opportunity to join the Air Planning department as an Air Pricing and Inventory Executive.
Air Pricing and Inventory Executive Responsibilities: * Calculating air pricing for the UK and Ireland and ensuring sufficient air and hotel inventory is in place to support passenger targets * Calculate strategic air add-ons and standard air costs for the UK and Ireland * Ensure successful upload of air add-ons into the AS400 * Ongoing monitoring of the estimated costs used against the actual nett rates * Perform regular comparisons of airline contracts * Attend airline meetings and negotiate inventory with airlines * Ensure minimum of 80% utilisation of agreed allocations is achieved and minimise financial impact * Creating pnrs in GDS and assigning flights in the AS400 system at the most attractive commercial terms of the company Air Pricing and Inventory Executive Skills required: * Confident understanding of airline contracts and their application in the UK and Irish market. * Good knowledge of airline schedules and proficient GDS experience * Good numeric skills, accuracy is a key to this role * Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Excel, Word * Excellent communicator, both verbal and written * Ability to problem solve and use initiative Additional information: * Based in Surrey * Paying GBP20-21K depending on experience * Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend duty cover To apply for the role of Air Pricing and Inventory Executive, please either apply online, e-mail your c.v to amyg@candm.co.uk or call Amy on 0207 397 1264 quoting Ref:AG980 Don't keep a good thing to yourself We grow our business through referrals, so please don't keep us to yourself.
