Flight Operations and Systems Manager Responsibilities: * End to end management of the operations side of the aviation business - from fare/allocation loading through to ticketing and ADMs * Reduce financial leakage in all functions through improvement in systems, processes and productivity * Implementation of improved systems and processes to increase productivity * Driving the roll out of TBX system within the Ops team, reporting and resolving bugs, and positively supporting the changes * Drive annual reductions in ADM charges received from Airlines * To manage the Ticketing Operations, Analysts and Flight Admin teams * Motivation of teams to improve accuracy, performance and results Flight Operations and Systems Manager Skills Required: * Full understanding of operational processes and key functions - including ticketing, contract loading, TBOX and allocation management * Previous working experience within a large travel business * Experience of managing and developing highly effective teams. * Knowledge of Shares and Galileo ticketing/flight booking systems Additional Information: * Paying £30-35K * Excellent benefits To apply for this Flights and Operations and Systems Manager role please either apply online, e-mail your c.v to amyg@candm.co.uk or call Amy on 020 7397 1264 quoting ref: AG945 Don't keep a good thing to yourself We grow our business through referrals, so please don't keep us to yourself.
