The Reservations Travel Consultant will be rewarded with a basic salary up to GBP12,000.00 dependent on experience with OTE of at least GBP16,000.00. You will be working for a well established company that offers its customers a simple & cost effective way to book their holiday, already with hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers in place. The head office is based in Sheffield with over 70 employers across the UK speacialising in 1* budget hotels to 5* luxury accommodation.
Within the role of a Reservations Travel Consultant you will - Offer a service that is focused on selling through excellent use of product knowledge and matching to customer needs - Build relationships with clients in order to be able to pro-actively sell and gain a loyal client base for repeat bookings - Deliver sales targets by maximising profit and potential sales opportunities at all times whilst offering an exceptional and personalised service To be successful within the role of Reservations Travel Consultant you will - Excellent sales experience gained from within the travel industry - The ability to work to and exceed sales targets - Ability to build strong relationships with clients - Strong attention to detail - Be able to work in a busy environment working under pressure & to targets You will work throughout the openings of the call centre, which are 08.00 - 22.00 Monday to Sunday on a variety of shift patterns.
