In the role of Commercial Analyst you will receive a basic salary of between £22,000 - £25,000, dependant on experience, alongside 20 days holiday, rising to 25 days after 2 years service, free car parking, company bonus and you will be working normal office hours, 9 - 5 with no weekends for Europe's leading educational and group travel company that has been operating for over 40 years.
Some of the key responsibilities in the role of Commercial Analyst are:- - Identify the reporting requirements of the business, designing and implementing performance tools to meet the requirements identified - Production of weekly reporting packs for senior management team meetings - Financial modelling of commercial information to assess strategic options, pricing and discount strategies - Responsible for providing performance, income, margin, and variance analysis reports and communicating key drivers of the variance back to the business managers. - Develop and continuously improve the quality of business information to support business strategies and improve margin and sales growth. - Assist in the Establishment and maintenance of appropriate systems in order to maximise yield and revenue management across the business. - Oversee monthly margin management and ensure processes and reviews carried out effectively. - Provide detailed analysis and support to the product management team with a view to assessing tactical offers and providing commercial justification for recommendations made.
