Focused on accessing the inaccessible, you will be working within a fun, friendly and exclusive team booking UK and worldwide restaurant bookings, front row seats at fashion shows and last-minute requests such as impossible to book theatre tickets or spur of the moment chartered yachts. Lifestyle Reservations Consultant responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from members and offering an efficient and professional concierge service when dealing with requests - Raising awareness of products and exclusive services e.g. Film Premiers and sporting events - Advising on and confirming any reservations relating to a Lifestyle enquiry i.e. restaurant, theatre, sporting events, concert bookings etc. - Dealing with account enquiries such as card replacements, billing queries, complaints, fraud and disputes Lifestyle Consultant skills required: - Previous experience working in an inbound call centre environment or hotel concierge is essential - Computer literate - use of internet, e-mail & Microsoft package or equivalent - A genuine interest in arts, music, sport, film or theatre is desired - A second language is beneficial but not essential Additional Information: - This position is night shifts - you will be required to work a 12 hour shift between 20:00 & 08:00 - 4 days on followed by 4 days off. - Salary is GBP19,400 - GBP20,000 which includes a shift allowance plus excellent benefits - Full training is provided in house and will last approximately 4 weeks to provide you with the skills required If you fit the above criteria and would like to apply, please call Sharon on 01293 605447, apply online or email your CV to sharonw@candm.co.uk quoting SW462 |
