They offer a great basic salary up to GBP35k top benefits which include 5% bous with 25 days holiday and so much more - TRAINING CONSULTANT - Duties -This position plays a strategic role in the deliver of training and implementation for new business and the performance of existing customers. You will work in close co-operation with all UK Customer Services, sales and Account Management Teams and be accountable for driving systems utilization through training delivery programs, including onsite, classroom and virtual training for all UK customers -Coordinate and deliver regular schedule training in English and any additional language will be a plus -Tailor and deliver training programs (onsite, classroom, virtual) to meet specific customer and company needs -Facilitate meaningful and timely internal training activities - consult with various departments, individuals, and key stakeholders to determine developmental needs. -Be willing to travel both nationally and internationally. Skills required -Solid knowledge of the travel industry such as interpreting IATA fares, rules and conditions. Expert knowledge of Galileo and or Worldspan Host products, functionality and utilisation -Highly experienced in the design, development and delivery of training courses in a professional standard with comprehensive knowledge of training methodologies and delivery skills -Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Heavy focus on virtual training but also classroom training & webex training Additional Information -Training Consultant for UK & Ireland so flexibility required to travel to London, Ireland, Manchester & Glasgow -Excellent basic salary of up to GBP35k with a 5% bonus(depending on company profits), healthcare, 25days paid holiday and a great pension plan.
