A leading specialist tour operator who has been trading for over 40 years is looking to employ an Web Marketing Manager to plan and implement the e-strategy in accordance with the commercial needs of the company. This new position is offering an excellent salary, benefits and their offices are in a superb location in North London. Online Marketing Manager responsibilities: - Pro-actively increase the flow of traffic in to the company website - Initiate, manage and control PPC campaigns - Establish short and long-term web strategy and means of implementation - Create and apply online customer acquisition strategies - Control affiliate marketing, working to increase traffic and conversions - Create inspirational online campaigns base on market segmentation. - Create and develop promotional material, direct mailers, eblasts etc... - Evaluate, research and propose new marketing opportunities Online Marketing Manager skills required: - Sound knowledge and working experience of e-marketing, execution and strategy - A thorough understanding of current SEO best practice - Strong experience in running CRM and PPC campaigns - Highly organised with good attention-to-detail - Highly motivated eith a desire to succeed Additional Information -An excellent basic salary of up to GBP38k, bupa, dicounted gym membership, 20days holidays along with other managerial benefits. -Working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 530pm, along with 1 Saturday every 4 weeks and the working hours on this day will be 9am to 5pm.
