An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this well known upmarket tour operator based in London as a flight co-ordinator/Amadeus ticketing agent. You will be booking worldwide flights, making flight ammendments as well as ticketing both net and published fares using Amadeus. They will pay up to 19k + benefits which will include 20 days holidays rising to 25 with service,pension,3 weeks free holidays per year and health insurance. You will be mainly working Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.30 with the occasional saturday. Flight coordinators/Ticketers duties -Dealing with flight requests and queries from the call centre -Search and book travel arrangements for the client using Amadeus -Deal with flight arrangements for press trips,fam trips and competition winners -Update airline contracts in the files and inhouse system -Issue scheduled airlline flight tickets including group tickets -Reissue airline tickets -Check and action ques -Chase deposits from passengers -Help with pricing the new brochure Skills required -Ideally a background in tour operations -Expert in airline ticketing using Amadeus -Knowledge of microsoft office particularly Excel -Team player -Organised If you are interested on the above please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT2022 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
