A great opportunity has arisen to join this well known expanding travel company with offices in numerous worldwide locations as a airline ticketing agent using galileo. You will be working within a team of 20, 2 dedicated ticketers in a modern and friendly office. They will pay up to 15.5k for this Monday to Friday position with fantastic benefits including 22 days holidays, pension, company bonus, travel consessions, free parking etc. Ticketing agents duties -Ticketing net and published fares -To process ticketing queues and lists promptly and efficiently -To prepare and produce travel documentation -To ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled -To identify and resolve customer queries -To reisue and revalidate tickets -To complete BSP returns skills required -Ticketing experience using a main CRS preferably galileo -Good knowledge of BSP/IATA.Airline procedures -Proven accuracy -BA1 -Team player io |
