Forward thinking, expanding Hertford based travel company are looking for Travel Reservation staff to join their very friendly team. The company has recently re-assessed its goal and set out on an exciting but challenging period of well balanced growth and reorganisation. Lovely offices, nice working environment and a superb opportunity. This company is part of the Daily Mail group and is the recommended travel agent for GMTV. Reservation Consultants Responsibilities: - Responsible for selling, organising and booking all aspects of travel. - Utilising nett, published and consolidated fares. - Working to set reservations targets. - Excellent customer service. Reservations Consultants Skills Required: - Previous target driven sales experience from a European or worldwide travel background. - CRS experience (advantage). - Enthusiastic, flexible and a team player. Additional Reservations Consultants Information: - Immediate start. - 5 days a week (rota basis) Opening hours 9am- 9pm Mon Fri, Sat 9am -6pm, Sun 10am -5pm. - Salary = GBP12/15K(dependant on experience) OTE GBP24K - Benefits = Pension, discounted gym membership, discounted travel, 20 days holiday.
