We are looking for an experienced Galileo Ticketer to join a fantastic upmarket tour operator based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a great company on an ongoing temporary basis. Lovely team and great working environment. Ticketer Responsibilities: * Issue of all tickets, with special attention to ticketing deadlines set by airlines, as well as client details * Issue of ticket numbers to airlines within given deadlines * Dealing with all general BSP and airline refunds/claims * Loading of new contracted flights onto the reservations system and keeping flights updated * Responsible for all airline information on the companys intranet system, covering all aspects of airline services Ticketer skills required: * In-depth knowledge of Galileo CRS * Previous ticketing experience * Knowledge of CAT35 and agency private fares would be beneficial * IATA Fares and Ticketing levels I and II is preferred * Excellent attention to detail Additional Information: * Salary is GBP7-8 per hour, depending on experience * Based in Central London * Working hours are Monday - Friday, 0930 to 1730 * Looking for someone to start immediately * This is a temporary assignment for approximately 3 months, possibly longer If this Ticketer role is of interest and you have the experience required, please e-mail your CV to catherinem@candm.co.uk or call Catherine on 020 7397 1294 quoting CA405. |
