Market leading airline based in South West London are currently looking for a Product & Systems Executive. The pakage also includes regional weighting and meal allowance. You will work in a smart, professional and friendly environment within the product and marketing team. The role has a high emphasis on systems and IT. Product & Systems Executive Responsibilities: - To assist the Product Manager in the supervision and co-ordination of the Product & Systems team to include the daily administration and maintenance of the EKT tour operating system (Ocean), Staffnet and all related systems. - To support the development, testing and implementation of the new web booking engine (B2C website) with specific emphasis on the integration with existing reservation systems. - To take responsibility for all IT issues (hardware/software), IT systems development, testing of upgrades/change requests and to provide regular updates to EKT leadership team on any issues. - To provide training and guidance to all new/existing users in all EKT systems. - To plan, co-ordinate and carry out annual base data loading (hotel rates, allocations, airfare etc.) and implement comprehensive audit plans according to specified deadlines. - To resolve reservation, operational and financial errors/discrepancies requiring manual intervention, investigation, correction and elimination within various systems. - To establish effective relationships with internal and external parties to ensure efficient resolution of queries. - To take an active part in the strategy and activity of the Product & Marketing Team, and to assist and advise on product system requirements in support of new initiatives. Qualifications/Experience: - Educated to Degree level preferred, with technical/computer and mathematical focus. - Travel industry & tour operations experience with geographical and good travel knowledge. Experience of work in a product and systems environment would be preferable. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, IT systems/Tour operator systems and website knowledge. - Administrative experience, in particular in organizing work/prioritizing tasks. - The ability to solve problems and work to deadlines. Additional Information: - Salary upto GBP24500 (this includes meal allowance and london waiting) + benefits. - Immediate start. - Mon - Friday 9 - 5.30pm.
