Market leading, European travel company based in Northamptonshire are looking for a Senior HR Consultant. Lovely offices, nice working environment and friendly team. You must be part or fully CIPD qualified and have had previous experience in an HR role. Senior HR Consultants Responsibilities: - Provide a pro-active, highly professional, confidential and HR advisory & support service to all employees in line with current employment legislation and best practice within the UK. - To ensure the service & advice provided continually adds value and is evaluated ensuring it remains in line with the ongoing strategic development of the group. - Support and encourage the improvement of the companys people performance in their contribution towards the corporate objectives. - Develop & implement HR policies & initiatives. - Assist the HR Manager & Director of HR in all HR initiatives & projects. Senior HR Skills required: - Part or fully CIPD qualified. - Previous experience in an HR role. - Stong written & verbal communication skills. - Previous experience of UK employment legislation. - Team player, organised and flexible.
