An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this well known travel company based in a great location in the west end as a ticketing agent . You will be working in the companies European head office, with a friendly and professional team. You will be issuing ticketing to worldwide destinations on 12 airlines usinbg Amadeus. Airline ticketing experience is essential, knowledge of Amadeus would be a benefit. ticketing agents duties -To issue all scheduled airline tickets incorporating groups, allocations, neet, IT and BT fares using Amadeus -Ensuring all deadlines are met regarding Ticketing time limits -Understanding and correct interpretation of all fare rules to ensure accurate issuance of all tickets to ensure ADMs are minimised -Issuance of tickets at the lowest cost in order to maximise revenue -Providing assistance for all ticketing contract related queries -Reissuing tickets Skills required -Airlines ticketing experience ideally using Amadeus but they will cross train -knowledge of a number of different airlines -Knowledge of issuing net, published and IT fares Additional information -19K + benefits -2 out of 4 Saturdays If you are interested in the above role please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT2013 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
