Foreign Exchange Supervisor responsibilities: - Supervising a small Foreign Exchange bureau, you will be responsible for the stock and replenishment of all currency - Coaching and training within the team and be the point of contact for any high value transactions that require approval. - You will need to work closely with your team to set and achieve targets - holding regular 1-1s and reviewing performance to ensure goals are met. - You will remain focused on offering the most competitive rates and undertake some competitor analysis to ensure that customers are receiving the best possible deal. Foreign Exchange Supervisor experience required: - Excellent numeracy skills with a strong understanding of world currencies and conversions. - Experience of working in a Foreign Exchange bureau is essential - You will be required to motivate and lead your team so excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
