The successful Reservations and Sales Team Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary of GBP27,000 plus company annual profit related bonus and free car parking. The largest independent Travel Agent in the UK who pride themselves in the service offered to customers are currently recruiting a Reservations and Sales Team Manager to work in their modern offices in Rotherham. Within the role of Reservations and Sales Team Manager you will - Performance manage a team of up to 20 Sales and Reservations staff and 2 Sales and Reservations Team Leaders to inspire, motivate and encourage self development within your team - Deliver improved productivity for the team and the Call Centre - Measure Sales and Customer Service performance on a daily, weekly, periodic and monthly basis where required against both key performance indicators and service levels - To manage the relationship between the call centre operation and the relevant third party account and Account Managers, ensuring standards of excellence in customer service and commercial objectives achieved. To be successful in the role of Reservations and Sales Team Manager you will - Have the ability to be a very competent Sales Manager, displaying a very hands on approach of coaching and developing Sales staff at all times, ideally having worked within a similar Reservations and Customer Serviceenvironment within travel. - Ability to communicate at all levels with both internal and external suppliers and accounts - Be motivated and have the ability to exceed challenging sales targets and maintain service level agreements - Have a proven track record of excellent customer service skills This role would particularly suit those who have been a Retail Travel/ Branch/ Call Centre Manage/ Team Leader/ Assistant Reservations Manager that is now looking for the next step up. You will work Monday - Friday , with hours between 8.30-6.30pm, however there maybe some weekend work required at very busy times The successful Reservations and Sales Team Manager will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of GBP27,000.00 plus an annual profit related bonus and free parking.
