This award winning tour operator are looking for a Training Executive to join their busy team on a nine month contract. You will be based in Crawley but you will provide regional trainings throughout the South East. Training Executive Responsibilities: To provide professional learning and development to regional sales staff To maximise staff sales performance, increase productivity and achieve sustainable growth Design and deliver group and one to one training including induction, coaching skills, selling skills and other soft skills as required. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers Training Executive Skills Required: Previous experience in a Traning role within the travel industry. Leadership, coaching, supervisory and development skills gained through experience in a learning and development role.
