This well established Car Rental / Hire Specialist have been running for over 35 years and started as a family run company and now currently has over 90 office locations, with them currently recruiting within their Peterborough office. With them continually growing this will provide increased career opportunity and security for each of their employees, upon whom the Companys future success depends. Customer Service Representative / Sales Agent Responsibilities; * Taking enquires & making reservations * Identifying customers needs * Have general understanding & knowledge of rental products to enough any issues are resolved Customer Service Representative / Sales Agent Skills Required; * Excellent Customer Service background * Car Hire, Car & Van Rental product knowledge * Candidates whove been successful in this role have previous experience in the Travel Industry either as a Travel Consultant, Retail Travel Consultant, Sales Advisor or a Travel Agent in a retail or Reservation environment Additional Information for Customer Service Representative; * Salary GBP13K with OTE GBP15500 * Role based in Reading * You must have held a driving licence for at least 12 months * Working Monday - Friday 0800 - 1800 (40 hours per week) Saturdays are on a rota basis * Some out of hour work is required - overtime is paid * Flexibility required - you may need to work in different locations occasionally.
