Do you want to work for one of the leading names in the travel industry? This award winning tour operator in Surrey is looking for an excellent team player with high attention to detail. They offer a competitive salary, great travel benefits and a fantastic friendly working environment As Pricing and Yield Co-ordinator you will take day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that passenger, revenue and contribution targets are met or exceeded through effective yield management, brochure pricing and trading activity. Other key responsibilities include: -Monitor and report on sales and demand trends on a daily basis against targets, highlighting poor / strong areas and put forward recommendations to adjust prices / strategy to ensure targets are met or exceeded. - Provide the Pricing & Yield Manager with sales analysis for the weekly trading reviews and prepare ad-hoc analysis as required. ·Report on sales and margin on committed charter routes on a daily basis to ensure load factors and profitability are maximised and provide management information regarding charter profitability. Propose price changes to Pricing and Yield Manager where required. Monitor bed to seats materialisation and request additional allocations where shortfalls are identified. ·Provide accurate prices for all agent and consumer communications (including weekly e-mails) and ensure that deadlines for producing these are met. ·Work closely with the product team (air and land) to obtain special offers for underperforming or uncompetitive areas to drive the necessary level of sales required to meet target. ·Work proactively with Marketing, Sales, Retail, PR, Trade Relations and E-business to ensure speed to market and maximisation of sales, including online, direct marketing and trade. ·Develop and maintain strong relationships with Trade Relations and key agent accounts and provide them with offers on a regular basis. ·Accurately cost and promote special offers, which cannot be held on the land database.
