Award winning independent tour operator on sunny south coast is looking for people keen to make their next move in travel. This rapidly developing market leader is offering a competitive salary and a busy dynamic working environment. As Yield and Product Executive you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager, with the responsibility of maximising sales at all times and ensuring that with the use of price matching and special offers this company stay commercially competitive in the luxury market. You will be expected to build excellent relationships with overseas suppliers in order to secure the most competitive special offers in both the early and late booking market and to recover the costs of any price-matched bookings. Your success in this role will be pivotal in providing the companys need of converting a good percentage of inbound calls into confirmed bookings and this will aid the business in producing great results. You must therefore be extremely motivated to secure the best possible conditions and to ensure that you positively influence accommodation suppliers so they will be willing and able to say yes whenever you make contact with them. To be a great Yield and Product Executive you will have proven yield and negotiation gained within the travel industry. You will have good commercial acumen, tenacity and the willingness to learn and the ability to forge good relationships through effective communication are the key strengths which you will need to make a success of this outstanding opportunity. In return for your commitment you will be offered a competitive salary of betweek GBP18k and GBP21k depending on experience, plus bonus.
