An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this niche travel company as a reservations agent based in their UK head office. You will be working with a small professional and friendly team in their newly refurbished office based in a great location in west London. They will pay 17 to 18.5K basic salary + overtime for Saturdays, pension, BUPA 20 days holidays rising to 25 with service, excellent educationals etc. Reservations agents duties -Booking the companies products over the phone via travel agents and directly with the general publisc -Booking flights using Amadeus, cruises, hotels, car hire etc#] -Providing visa and currency advise -Dealing with any pre departure amendments -Customer service queries skills required -Travel reservations experience -Knowledge of booking flights using Amadeus but they will cross train from galileo, worldspan or sabre -Cruise reservations knowledge would be a advantage -polite and clear telephone manner -Flexible to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between 09.00am and 14.00 paid at time and a half If you are interested in the above role please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT1993 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
