The market leader in travel and holiday services is looking for a pro-active and ambitious individual to join their expanding New Business team. As Commercial Product Manager you will join the New Business team and will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the short breaks side of this expanding business. Your main responsibilities will be to: - Negotiate Contracts to support profitable growth through the existing product portfolio. - Research and introducing new products and locations to meet the ambitious growth plans - Manage existing and build new partner / supplier relationships. Know the numbers and measure product performance. - Implement improvements to drive margin, sales and customer satisfaction. Contribute to the yield management processes. - Take ownership of projects from planning stages, initial delivery and ongoing development - Understand the companys customers, brand and deliver the right product and offers to the Marketing team - Identify and optimise distribution channels To be a great Commercial Product Manager you will have strong commercial focus with proven product development and contracting experience within the travel industry. You will be pro-active, self-motivating and ambitious with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You be a real people person who is looking for a new and exciting challenge in the travel industry. A clean driving license and willingness to travel is essential.
