A superb opportunity has arisen to work in the UK and Ireland Product department of a market-leading, award winning tour operator. Offering a superb salary, bonus and benefits and situated in modern offices, you will ideally have a Product Management background. This is the largest UKs leading tourism and services group who have been running for over 40 years. Theyre looking at recruiting a Product Manager to look after Mainstream UK and Ireland. This role is based in with their Luton office. Product Manager, Mainstream UK and Ireland Responsibilities: * To formulate the product portfolio for a geographical area that maximises profit and meets the needs of their customers * Monitor and manage all seasons on sale and respond to the changing nature of their business and ensure their product reflects and supports growth * Put in place volume plans for each product and resort * Implement pagination and review photography to ensure the programme is communicated accurately and in the most saleable way to customers * Proactively manage day to day commercial performance of beds, seats and product initiating activities to maximise sales and margins * Analyse contribution data and put in place action plans on unprofitable parts of the programme * Co-ordinate the work of the department for the brochure, product, or process for which you are accountable * Team player who can build strong cross divisional relationships with colleagues to find the nest solution to conflicting demands * Train new members of the department on Product related systems and techniques in order that they develop and progress in their roles * Manage, develop and motivate Product Executives in line with the current development schemes identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
