This expanding airline are looking for a Ticket Desk Supervisor. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of between GBP21k - GBP22k DOE and excellent working hours in a dynamic and busy working environment. Ticket Desk Supervisor Responsibilities: Be responsible for frontline operation and the management of 2 Ticket Desk Agents Dealing with ticket sales and reservations using Sabre Reservations system Helping disrupted passengers and customers denied boarding and producing ticket sales reports. Ticket Desk Supervisor Skills Required: Proven experience in Ticketing Previous experience of managing ticketing agents Extensive knowledge of Sabre Hours are 08:00 until 16:00 working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) on a shift rota basis.
