An expanding Car Hire Company are recruiting Rental Agents for their Edinburgh office, they have expanded through steady growth & currently have multiple locations throughout Scotland. Offering up to GBP14500 plus over time, you will be working for a Company with approx 80 staff members that have maintained 1 of the largest fleets in the Country. Car Hire Rental Agent responsibilities; - Understand customers needs, providing clean, modern, reliable vehicles & a dependable service - First point of contact for all customers face to face & over the telephone - Complete rental Reservations & quotations - Maximise all sales opportunities with upgrades & additional extras - Prepare, maintain & file all relevant paperwork for vehicles & hire Car Hire Rental Agents Skills required; - Previous Car hire & rental experience or strong Leisure/Retail Travel experience - Excellent customer service skills both face to face & over the telephone Working hours - 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 0800 - 1730, Saturday 0900 - 1200 - on a rota basis & will be paid over time To apply for this Car Hire position please call Natalie on 0161 238 4484 quoting Ref NK326 or send your CV to nataliek@candm.co.uk |
