A rapidly growing and successful International Car Rental Company are looking for a Reservations Agent to join their team. They are based in Central London in excellent, modern offices and have a small and friendly team. This is initially a temporary position with the view to become permanent. You will need to be able to start immediately. Reservation Agent Responsibilities: *Provide product information on rental products worldwide in response to email, fax, and telephone enquiries *Process worldwide car rental quotations *Provide email/telephone information and assistance to website users *Take credit card and cheque pre-payment for confirmed reservations *Issue confirmation and vouchers for confirmed reservations *Handle refunds and amendments for confirmed reservations Reservation Agent skills required: *Previous car hire reservations experience is essential *Excellent customer service skills *Proficiency in the use of personal computers including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet *Ability to multi-task Addtional Information: *Hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm (30 minute lunch break) *Fantastic office to work in, great team and nice atmosphere *Salary is GBP8.50 per hour / GBP17k pa *This is initially a temporary position with the view to become permanent *You must be able to start immediately If you would like to apply for this position, please email your CV to catherinem@candm.co.uk or call Catherine on 02073971294 quoting CA386. |
