Rapidly growing company specialising in European rail travel including both hotel inclusive packages and rail ticket only. They distribute their product via the internet to their target market of UK consumers and fulfil all bookings through their London based call centre. In 2007, they are planning for further growth and are looking for a new Administrative Assistant to join their friendly team. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: * Check all bookings and details are entered in the database correctly * Ensure all bookings are confirmed by external suppliers * Chase rail suppliers for confirmation * Print Eurostar tickers and dispatch all travel documents to customers * Handle all incoming and outgoing mail. Administrative Assistant Skills Required: * Previous office based experience preferred * Some geographical knowledge of Europe preferred * Able to work under pressure and to multi-task * Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines * Exceptional attention to detail * A pleasant telephone manner along with a high standard of written English Additional information: * Paying GBP18K * Based in the City of London * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Access to staff discount scheme * Working hours 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hours to be agreed but normally the shift is either 9 to 5.30 or 9.30 to 6.
