A Successful Cruise Travel Sales Branch Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary of upto GBP 20,000 plus commission, and to work for a company who offers excellent progression to staff who show potential. Working Monday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm and Sundays on a rota basis 10am - 4pm in the exciting world of cruise sales, Managing a cruise team of up to 5 staff within a retail travel shop, aiming to achieve department cruise profit targets by coaching developing and Motivating Cruise specialist staff. Within the role of Cruise Travel Sales Branch manager you will: - Be a key driver of staff motivation, sales, profitability and targets - Motivate staff, promoting positive team spirit to help meet monthly department targets. - Drive business through staff development, performing 1-1s, coaching, training and performance management and on the spot feedback. - Be responsible for the management of a team of up to 5 staff who specialize in Cruise - Be hands on and be able to lead by example in busy calling times As a Successful Cruise Travel Sales Branch Manager you will have: - Previous excellent sales experience gained from within the travel industry having worked within the role of a Cruise Specialist, Reservations Travel Consultant, Travel Agent or Travel Sales Agent with a flair for and specialized knowledge in Cruises - Along with some previous experience of managing a team within a travel sales environment, either having worked as a supervisor, team leader, team Manager, branch manager, assistant manager or call center cruise manager. - The ability to motivate and enthuse others in the Cruise product in order to hit monthly KPIs To apply for this excellent Cruise Travel Sales Branch manager position, please call Kelly on 01612384490 quoting ref KS165 and send your CV to kellys@candm.co.uk or apply below |
