The role of Part Time Team Manager offers an attractive salary of up to GBP21,000.00 (pro rata) dependent on your experience, Contributory Pension and 25 days holiday. The worlds leading Ticketing Company, which currently operates, in 19 Global markets are currently recruiting a Part Time Team Manager to work from their offices in Manchester. Within the role of Part Time Team Manager you will - Coach and develop the call centre team to maximise performance and ensure high levels of customer service in line with SLAs and KPIs - Be responsible for the day to day management of the call centre and act as duty manager - Be responsible for strategic planning for the Call Centre, that will include the design and implementation of an annual strategic plan - Work in close partnership with the training team to ensure that team members have the skills required to carry out role effectively - Build and promote a positive work culture, which promotes the delivery of excellent customer service. To be successful in the role of Part Time Team Manager you will - Have the ability to maximise performance through coaching and development - Have experience managing a large team within a call centre environment - Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written - Be able to analyse data, solve problems and continuously improve the service provided by the department The successful Part Time Team Manager will work on a rotational basis throughout the openings of the call centre, which are Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm where you will work 20 hours per week.
