This leading travel company is the UKs largest and most established long haul tour operator and they are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Executive. Working with thousands of independent travel agents countrywide, they provide the access to some of the best travel products available. This is an unmissable opportunity for a Marketing Communications Executive, to work for one of the market leaders in the travel industry. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE - Responsibilities: -Planning, identification and execution of marketing activity, ensuring maximum exploitation of opportunities to cross market and exploit all marketing communication media -Prepare and present creative and campaign briefs for agencies to develop marketing communication materials -Prepare and present creative and campaign briefs for agencies to develop marketing communication materials -Liaise closely with external Public Relations team for all press releases and to maximise coverage and liaise with E-business -Support the Marketing Communications Manager and Director with projects and activities as they arise and work closely with the Operations, Air and Ground Product, Sales and E-business teams on marketing projects Skills and Experience -Marketing experience required along with previous travel industry working knowledge -Computer literate - good knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point -B2B and B2C experience preferable -Excellent communicator able to influence and convince along with creative thinking with ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects -Can-do attitude, team player, commercially astute and a passion for travel Additional Information -Excellent basic salary to start on GBP26k, along with bonus (Subject to Company and Individual Performance). -Stakeholder Pension Scheme, life Assurance equivalent to 2 x salary -20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays with also discounts on family, friends and personal travel -Hours of work are 9:00 ¿ 5:30 Monday to Friday.
