Specialising in providing conferences, incentive travel programmes and event management, this global company, who have been established for over 30 years is offering an excellent salary, bonus and benefits to the successful candidate. Onsite parking, health insurance, pension and excellent holiday allowance included. Operations Manager responsibilities: - Motivate, develop and inspire team members. - Financial management of events at a project team level. - Attendance at key operational client planning and debrief meetings - Understand client business structure, products, policies and key personnel. - Maximise revenue generation from allocated/targetted accounts, ensuring all targets are achieved by your team. Operations Manager skills required: - Significant event management experience within an agency environment - A proven track record in managing events of all sizes - UK and overseas venue knowledge - Strategic thinker and planner and focussed on achieving results - Previous experiecne of working with pharmaceutical clients would be an advantage.
