An excellent opportunity has arisen for this leading ski specialist based in South West London, They are seeking a Team Leader for there - Group and Chalet department. You will be responsible to manage and motivate your team, have excellent customer service skills and have extensive knowledge of the Ski product. You will need to be a good team player and salary is dependent on experience. Responsibilities for a Team Leader - Motivate & manage a team - Staff appraisals, - Ensuring all the staff hit all sales targets - Managing and delegating administration. - Training new and existing staff on the product. Skills Requires; - Experience of managing and motivation - Have a very good understanding of the Ski product - Ability to use word,excel to a good standard. - Be a keen Skier, or have good knowledge on the product. - Previous experience in a travel reservations environment. Additional information - Salary GBP22-26k depending on experience - Plus target based commission - Contributory Pension - Annual Performance related bonus.
