Are you an ACCA qualified Accountant? Do you have knowledge of the travel industry or an SME company? We are currently recruiting for a successful Chartered Accountant to join a well-known and award-winning travel company, do you have what it takes? Chartered Accountant - Responsibilities - Consolidation on a monthly and annual basis of results to Group controlling - Consolidation on an annual basis (budget) and quarterly (forecasts) subsidiary accounts - Preparation and control of statutory accounts - Monthly cash flow reporting and Corporation Tax control and Group VAT review - Control of foreign exchange requirements across UK group - Other ad hoc reporting as required by the Group and regular project work Chartered Accountant - responsibilities - Experience and knowledge of UK Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards - Background including consolidation and acquisition accounting - Corporation Tax and statutory accounting skills - Good analysis and communication skills and calm under pressure - Resourceful, practical and able to adapt to changing priorities.
