An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an Online Travel Provider, in their busy Reservations department, based in their call centre in Leeds City Centre. Working in a fast paced sales role, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of upto GBP13,000 with earning potential of up to GBP 16-17000 uncapped, 20 days holiday and holiday discounts. Working on a shift pattern between 9am - 7pm , the offices are open 7 days a week and you will be working 1 weekend per month , based on a 38 hours per week Based in Leeds or the Yorkshire area, the successful Reservations, Telesales, Travel Consultant would have the ability to: -Work in a call centre, reservations, or similar travel sales environment -Book holidays using Viewdata, Travelcat, Tarsc or similar systems, gained from within Retail Travel or Telesales -Some knowledge in Ski Holidays -Make reservations for package holidays, flights, hotels and car hire using dynamic packaging -Use the internet to make reservations -Provide a high standard of customer service at all times -Meet and exceed set sales targets The Reservations, Telesales, Travel Consultant would be required to have: -A Minimum of 1 years Travel experience -Reservations, Travel Consultant background -Alternatively a Retail Travel background or travel telesales. --A proven track record of working towards and hitting sales targets -Experience in working in a Reservations, Travel Sales Call Centre, or in a Travel Consultant role, or as a Retail Travel Agent or Telesales -Experience of selling Europe and Worldwide destinations, some knowledge in Ski Holidays and destinations from within Telesales / Retail Travel Sales To apply for the role of Reservations, Telesales, Travel Consultant please call Rachel on 0161 238 4481 quoting RE34,or send your Cv to rachele@candm.co.uk or apply below |
