| Description: |
A Operations Manager is required for a prestigious independent travel company based in Southampton. To be successful for this role you will have Business Travel, BA1 & BA2 and operation experience. You must be hungry for business, not frightened of cold calling and have an understanding of what it means to manage Business travel. Key Responsibilities · Responsible for running of whole office in absence of Directors. · Working in accordance with and ensuring staff compliance with company contract, terms and conditions, handbook and all ISO 9001 procedures. · Following ISO 9001 procedures and directives for the efficient management and control of all travel related sales and refunds. · Participating in the short term and long term planning for the development of the company. · Maximising liaison and business opportunities with all supplier representatives. · Responsible for the maintenance of a "Failures / Complaints" log, following up such issues with clients and suppliers and implementing corrective action as necessary. · Responsible for Quality Control in accordance with ISO 9001. · Overseeing security and confidentiality. · Developing and maintaining highest standard of sale services to business accounts and corporate event clients.
