Reputable Travel Company, who have won awards such as top 100 companies to work for - renowned for giving excellent Training, providing support and development to their staff. Are now looking for passionate Travel sales people to be rewarded with generous earnings - OTE in your first year GBP30k. Moving your Travel career to the next level with their Leadership Devlopment Programme and enjoy development and guidance through to management, learning how to manage in a travel environment, after being given a 4 month fast track course to Team Leader. As a Team Leader you will be; - Tailor making Worldwide Travel itineraries - Providing an excellent service, suggesting & recommending destinations & accommodation - Working to individual & team targets in a sales driven environment - Training to develop your leadership skills - Supporting other Travel Consultants & working to achieve goals as a team & Senior member of a team To be a successful Team Leader you will have; - You MUST have Travel Industry experience - Full working knowledge of a CRS system I.e. Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan or Amadeus - Strong sales experience with a proven track record of over achieving - Excellent destination knowledge, along with travel experience to at least 2 of the following destinations - Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia, USA & Canada - Educated to A Level or degree level We are seeking enthusiastic, fun, motivated, passionate people who want a career in Travel management. Who enjoy working to targets and are motivated by financial rewards and are able to motivate others. You will be arranging multi sector travel itineraries, selling the above travel destinations by selling the benefits and closing sales and leading by example, as well as managing your team.
