Ground Services Contractor We are looking for an experienced Ground Services Contractor to join this leading tour operator within their Contracts and Purchasing team, based in the City of London. This Globally recognised company have an unrivelled repuatation in the Industry and offer a proffesional and fun working environment. Based in the City and offerinng excellent benefits this opportunity should not be missed. Ground Services Contractor - Duties: - Contracting Ground services (ie. Guides, restaurants, excursions) with Local Agents within Europe. - Setting up rates for meals, coaches, guides, entrance fees etc. - Dealing with one-off quotations requests with local agents. - Introducing new product ideas, and monitoring existing product performance. Ground Services Contractor skills required: - Previous contracting or negotiating experience in the travel industry - Experience of negotiating rates and allocations for ground services (ie. Coaches, excursions, restaurants etc) - Ability to speak a foreign language. - Willingness to travel regularly within Europe. - Contracting hotels. - Negotiating rates and allocations with suppliers. - Travelling to meet with suppliers directly.
