Travel Agent Duties - -Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times as you put together dream holidays! -Manage all enquiries from the initial phone call until the clients depart the UK -Provide the best and most comprehensive service possible to all our clients and travel agents. -Answer telephone calls, handle all e-mails, faxes, written and personal enquiries from clients. -Travel overseas representing the Sales department with team members or as a host for travel agents. -To achieve your teams sales revenue target so that the companys target is achieved. Travel Agent Skills Required - -Knowledge of the long haul travel market place -A positive can do attitude being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities -Approachable manner with both colleague and clients -Resourceful and practical; can think on your feet and solve problems quickly and effectively Additional Info In return for your commitment, you will be rewarded with a great basic salary of GBP20,000, profit related pay once you have passed probation (OTE GBP2,000 - GBP3,000pa extra).
