You will be building relationships with travel businesses across the South of England, placing travel personnel at all levels. It is essential that you have either worked within the travel industry in a sales environment or have worked in the recruitment industry - ideally you will have done both! Your customer service skills must be outstanding, always going the extra mile. It is a competitive industry so we really are looking for individuals who stand out from the crowd in terms of previous success. You need to be tenacious, passionate about sales and customer service and self motivated. Your role will entail: Business Development Account management. Interviewing and placing candidates.
