The Operations Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to GBP 30,000 dependant on experience plus bonus, 21 days holiday, free car parking and staff travel and holiday concessions and will be working for a an Independent Travel Agency, in their fast paced, modern Call Centre based in Rotherham - Yorkshire. Within the role of Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Call Centre, covering sales support operations including customer services and administration and will be responsible for the strategic planning in these areas. - Be the line manager for the operations team including individuals in the role of call centre team manager for administration, customer service and sales support - Be responsible for all operational matters, including formalisation of processes and company policies to achieve the business objectives - Deal with any escalated issues from customers or suppliers Individuals that have been successful within similar roles as Operations Manager will have - Experience of working within a similar role as Operations Manager/ Call Centre Manager/ Regional Sales Manager within the travel industry - Commercial understanding of delivering targets and customer service KPIs through customer services and operations consultants - An understanding of complex operations processes and procedures within travel - Strong commercial acumen - Experience of start up operations within travel and sales or customer services departments To apply for this excellent Operations Manager role please call Rachel on 0161 238 4481, email your CV to rachele@candm.co.uk or apply below |
