Small and growing hotel booking agency in Altrincham seeking experienced Hotel Contracts Loading Executive. Salary up to GBP18,000 plus staff discount scheme As Hotel Contracts Loading Executive you will: - Ensure all new and existing hotel supplier contracts and other products are correctly loaded into the database - Load all dates, rates and allocations for the contract period - Issue contract and rate agreement - Ensure that all existing supplier rates are up to date - Check web pages when released to ensure accuracy - Chase and manage all new contracts coming in for future Seasons - Negotiate allotment with hotels - Work closely with Company Director and CEO As a Hotel Contracts Loading Executive you should ideally have - Strong data entry experience, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Clear experience of Contracting databases and Microsoft Excel - Previous experience within a Contracting Team and of loading hotel contracts - Good time management - Ability to self manage - Ambition to develop role within the team and company - Additional languages is beneficial (French and/or Spanish in particular) For your commitment you will be rewarded with a salary up to GBP18,000 dependent on previous experience gained and access to a staff discount scheme.
