Are you a flights specialist. If so a great opportunity has arisen to join this award winning travel company as a air product expert speaking to both inhouse reservations agents regarding airfares queries, routings etc and the airlines directly, also training the reservations staff on the above. You will be working in the companies head office with a friendly and professional team. They will pay 17k + 10k comm and benefits. Air product expert -Take calls from inhouse retail travel consultants to discuss possible airline routings, fares, prices, classes etc -Train the consultants on the above -Ensure all consultants know how to book and create manual fares -Ensure the intranet is kept up to date with new fares and changes -Ensure the close working relationship with air product managers to increasesales on prefered carriers skills required -Strong knowledge of airline routings and fares to worldwide destinations -Strong CRS knowledge preferably galileo -Clear telephone manner -Approachable If you are interested in the above role please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT1969 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
