Reservations and Operations Executive A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reservations and Operations Executive to join this rapidly growing and award winning Accomodation provider. Working in purpose built office, this company offer excellent working conditions in a fun and friendly environment. Reservations and Operations Executive Responsibilities: - Hotel, flight and excursion bookings - Amendments to reservations and upselling - Pre- departure operations - Dealing with queries and acting as a helpdesk for clients - Administartion duties Reservations and Operations Executive skills required: - Travel Industry experience (either Tour operator, retail or .com company) - Professional, personable & credible - Enthusiastic with a great telephone manner - Sales/reservations experience The successful candidate can expect to earn a salary of upto GBP18k and work for one of the Uks largest and most successful Accomomdation providers.
