Do you want to work as a Contracting Executive, for a specialised tour operatour that is a market leader with in its own sector! If the answer is yes, this would be the perfect company to take you to the next level of your career. This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Contracting Executive, who is fluent in French and is looking to make forward steps with thier career - Contract Executive - Skills -Working knowledge of Windows applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook. -Ability to work to tight deadlines with good knowledge of Tour Operation reservations systems. -Good organisational skills and accurate and fast keyboard skills. -French Language is ESSENTIAL, with excellenet Negotiation skills Contracting Executive - Responsibilities -Secure net contracted rates from existing hotels and load on to relevant reservation system -To ensure contracted rates and conditions are competitive within the market place -Manage contracted hotel allocation, analysing stock usage. Negotiating and managing extra allocation. -To ensure all reservations staff are fully trained and briefed in all relevant areas -To liaise with travel partners to ensure any funding for marketing activities is secured prior to product launch. Additional info -Basic salary is up to GBP22k basic, with the chance of a bonus. You also get 20 days holiday and discounted travel opportunities.
